Are all titles available to ship abroad?

Please consider that only magazines will be delivered to foreign countries which are marked accordingly with the regional/country sign. If you need to change to another country, please select your country in the footer:

How long will it take until I receive my first issue after the order?

Depending on the magazine ordered. In the majority of cases you get the first issue within 4 weeks after the incoming order (for weekly released titles) – up to 8 weeks after the incoming order (for monthly released titles). It also depends from where you order the title.

Please note that not always the requested delivery date for your ordered subscription can be delivered.

Can I pay by credit card?

You have the possibility to pay your subscription also via credit card. The credit card information will be transmitted with a secure SSL connection.

How do you handle my personal data?

We handle in the legal sense of the data protection act. If you decide to get more information’s and interesting offers, please select the relevant box in the order-mode.

Do I get an order-confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an electronic confirmation after your Online-Order within the next 48 hours. Some days later you will also receive a confirmation letter from the publisher directly.

Please note that not every publisher send an additional confirmation.

Is it mandatory to terminate my subscription? 

The period depends on what title you ordered. Please keep in mind, that there are different cancellation periods for any title.

What is the cancellation period?

The terms of termination are from magazine to magazine differently. These terms will be communicated either with the confirmation or with the invoice send to you. Otherwise you will receive after the expiry of your subscription a new invitation to extend your subscription period.

Are there any additional costs appearing after completion of my subscription?

No, the selected subscription price is always including forwarding expenses. There will be no additional fees arising for you.

Is it possible to order a single magazine?

No at the moment this is not possible.
